grab direct/indirect ratio is wrong. they squeeze the direct too much and give the indirect too much.
can do very good marketing/sale but very poor matching expenses to cost. so they continue to loose money.
the retrenchment itself does not automatically make them profitable.
comfort must take these opportunity to advance their positions.

Horse need to feed them sick need see doctor thirsty need drink water then they also pang jio pang sai etc so use them to deliver maintenance high
