but enforcebale or not nothing to stop anyone from taking you to court if they just wanna mess with you and are prepared to spend the $$$

If yes job deal with Clients or research technology, maybe possible.

If you are admin clerk, what is there to non compete? Even if former company sued u, dun have a case because the fundamental question is what information is at risk?
