I feel they will try to sell HIGH at resale market just like most owners....
later upgrade to condo.

Young doctors and lawyers don't necessarily make a lot of money. Buy HDB as first home is a smart thing to do.

condo in TRENDY tong bahru probably cost a lot more... the reno looks expensive

but if they are not, they actually can easily afford to buy condo or even Landed house STILL got spare money.
Everyone knows Doc and Lawyers in SG , always the Top tier job. Earn a lot.

A young doctor makes 6 to 10k plus allowances, a young lawyer maybe 5k to 12k plus allowances, so quite difficult to get private property without parents' help

Well true but have to see their status too. Some Young doc , lawyer actually earn a lot due to their skills, etc and from Atas Uni too.
