This kinda job usually is clean room manufacturing. A friend work in tuas for a pharma medicine manufacturing. Work night shift more jialat

Singapore raised the retirement age of workers here from 62 to 63 and the re-employment age from 67 to 68 in 2022. The target is to increase the retirement age to 65 and the re-employment age to 70 by 2030

MOM guidelines do not apply to executive staff. Engineer and above are considered executive staff. Remember last time the factory manager told an Engineer that he was hired 24/7. That means if the production break down or if there is any product issue, you need to return to the office/factory to resolve the issue.

Oil rig also got 12 hours shift but work 12 hours off 12 hours for 3 weeks then go home off 2 weeks no work
