1.why these two hse was put up for open bidding ?
 2 . Why not other place b&w HSE ? 
3. Who approved it for these two hse up for open bidding ?
4. What is the criteria for setting up these for open bidding?
5. How come Shan and Vivian came to know about it?
6.why not other b&w hse in singapore ?
7. does that mean only these two hse in ridout area are low in demand ?
8. Since vacant for  4 years meaning asbestos have been removed before from the previous tenant? From the scope of work plus some general repairs work been done.
9. what is the selection for SLA on approved vendor or contractor ?
10. Base on what ?
