It becomes another scheme to take our money. We just want them to design the online access to be safe from exploitation by scammers. The fact is this if the victims have done exactly the same thing they did elsewhere like in Malaysia and Hong Kong they would not lose their lifesavings because they don't link the EPF and MPF accounts to an online transfer mechanism like PayNow. CPF should just compensate these people because it failed to design a safe system they takes into consideration the ways scammers and hackers can exploit it.
