$150 is quite painful at least for me. My second hand bicycle cost $60 it means almost I can buy 2 bicycles liao. But of cuz my bicycle is those cheap brand for travel around neighborhood only lar.

Errant cyclists were caught during an enforcement operation conducted by officers from the traffic police and the Land Transport Authority (LTA) between Jun 24 and Jul 8, said the police and LTA on Friday (Jul 14).
