Not surprising , all along I already say the way inside how civil service works is messy. Too much " double standards " under LHL.
Look at Shan , Vivian so call " ok " ??? whereas they already break the conduct been civil servant , whereas TCL and that woman MP resigned.
Summary , See your position, and is it LHL " dog " .
come AGO , again those affected Ministries will just reply the same " Will re train those staffs involve blah blah "
NO Action taken one.
You look at Yearly AGO Audit , MOE , PA , NEA etc used to have faults end up all " reply the same Will re train those involve " case close.....another year of Audit repeat and SAME OLD reply , no body been resign or sack.
