Yeah location ok, near Dakota MRT. Can walk to Old Airport Hawker Centre too. Right next to Geylang Park Connector, can walk to Marina Bay (or further until Alexandria Linear Park), East Coast etc. A bit far from Fairprice but still walkable. Further west are coffeeshop, market and then coffeeshop again.

As usual the top levels unit will be hot from those rich buyers.
I like this type of balcony for condo.
