5.8% is for one month only and for existing customers. The five or seven trades can buy Fullerton Cash Fund which is green color highly likely.

moomoo have platform fee so foc is for comm only I think. Also moomoo no support fractional shares. Hence I use Webull support fractional no platform fee and zero comm which end Sep 2023.

i think moomoo is the only foreign discount broker has a live phone help can speak to their account executive for internet trading problem
