Russian, Chinese officials to visit North Korea - theold - 26-07-2023
"This visit will contribute to strengthening Russian-North Korean military ties and will be an important step in the development of cooperation between the two countries," the Russian Defense Ministry said in a statement.
Relations between the two Koreas are currently at one of their lowest historical points, as diplomacy between Pyongyang and Seoul has stalled, and Kim has called for ramping up weapons development, including tactical nukes.
