Under present circumstances, it's reasonable and fair for LHY to make an offer for both, Vivian an Shan to sue him in UK Court .

For 2 valid reasons, 1) LHY is self exile in UK and 
2) UK is ranked No.1 well developed legal system in the world as compared to Singapore.

Undisputed, UK is a neutral ground.

So it stands to reason that he will spend more time in the UK because after a while, being on an airplane is damn sian.  He does not enter through the VVIP gate, he's just him, and outside Singapore, nobody cares if he is LKY's son or wears a PSP T-Shirt..so you can imagine the hassles of packing a suitcase, unpacking it, lugging it around and being at the airport two hours early, better make it three if it is Heathrow  , sitting at the public waiting area, eating airport food for lunch...fun and an sexperince if you are a boomer on vacation but not so fun when you are a boomer, old and tired, but not on vacation wor....
