That's cheap. US$3B to rebuild 1,300 train stations. That's US2.3M per train station. Maybe labour is cheap?

Heard from one ceca that it was very difficult to run a profitable business in India. There are many layers of bribes to give.

My ceca friend said many group of people will disturb u. Also difficult to run high margin biz because they are calculative. Debt collection also another headache..

During the global financial crisis,  many ceca lost their jobs. They said they rather remain jobless in high cost of living Singapore than going back and start some business. He said after paying all the bribes, there will be nothing left for himself.
