In Australia, no employers allowed to ask anyone about their age.

I recruited a staff thinking he's 50 yo but my HR told me he's 61 few days later when produced his passport.

He worked for me till 65 retirement age.

It is all in the genes. My parents look more than 10 years younger than their actual age. My Dad still has a full head of hair in his 80s, and so do all my uncles, cousins and brothers.
