To rest of the world he may already lose his credibility and trustworthiness by hao he managed the Russia\Ukraine war and ganna pray dip dip by his good bro Putin. This mishap ish even worst than hao the senile biden mismanaged the afghanistan retreat. But at least biden can still argue that he ish just being senile, and not a president who supposed to make America great again mah.
But to fair, if foreign coys are really blackmailed and ransomed into coming to US to setup factories, it does take another 2 or 3 years to see results. This won't happen overnight. However moi doubt this will help turn US into a manufacturing power overnight like wat the orange man ish sian-ing those red necks, at most have more facilities nao to help US maintain some minimal level of self-sufficiency to manufacture weapons, ammo and war vehicles on US soils in case WW3 really broke out.
Unlike nao, if major war really do break out nao there ish not much civilian factories left inside US territories that they could immediately convert into supporting their war efforts like they did during WW2 times. Last time WW2 a lot of US civilians factories got converted into producing military goods, and are so efficient and productive that they could support not just themselves but also their allies.
