something is seriously wrong with PAP ?

the evidence are already produced at the US court.
the problem is that witness is not wiling to testify in Singapore.

there many ways to convict the criminals.
since this corruption involved $millions of money, there should be money transaction which can be used
to question the suspects.
someone needs to answer for the money paid for the bribes.
who authorised the money and why ?
CPIB just needs to reproduce similar evidence based on the evidence in the US court.

in the parliament, why PAP is not keen to change the law to take care of such case in the future.
does it mean that future corruption cases will also be given warning when there is no local evidence even if 
the criminals are convicted in foreign countries ?
this does not look like the practice of PAP in parliament.

this is a very good example that the govt cannot ownself check itself. 
this problem needs a new govt to resolve this corruption case.
