he needs to tell us at what rent price that his GCB is rented out ?
if it is rented out at $50K - $100k/month, he may lose money in short term of 3 years (because he paid $500K for renovation)
but he can make money over long term of 9 years.
maybe that is why he is extending the lease of black/white GCB.
