He had already received his Certificate of Eligibility and posed with it. He even went for a hair makeover, from grey hair to pitch black now. 

Anyway he did a good job by throwing in his card.. As it turned out, George did not qualify and so TKL is there to "replace" him if that contingency materializes as it had.

He lost last time but did not give up. Way to go. I respect his fighting spirit unlike Tan Cheng Bock and Tan Jee Say (excusable if poor health).

I hope TKL would not lose his deposit again even though I think he will not win.

Must have confidence and be positive. 
Anything can happen.... Remember even George Yeo and Ng Chee Meng were voted out.

It's 2023...things have changed. So many younger people can vote now.
