Voting is compulsory but not mandatory
Meaning you will not be committing a crime if you chooses not to vote
You can go vote and cast empty vote.
You dun vote they will just count you as lazy voter. But if you cast empty vote, it get recorded in the stat.
Dun forget, our EP dun have min vote criteria, so even if only 10% ppl cast their vote, winner still wins.
