A lot of bosses prefer to pressure workers to resign by making conditions unbearable at the office. Employers have creative ways to force older workers to resign or opt for early retirement. These include, but are not limited to making their position redundant, setting unrealistic targets, putting in place unachievable key performance indicators, deliberately giving them poor performance appraisals, demoting and subsequently forcing them to report to junior co-workers, as well as piling them with an unreasonable amount of work. Such victims would not qualify for involuntary unemployment relief.

Paying salary stop increasing for some and as companies can closed shop... crying
