They have both fashion and HTML work experience and only $2500/ mth.

Many of these courses which cost a few hundred or even thousands of dollars you can find similarly in Udemy or Coursera costing only a few tens of bucks. Sometimes can even learn from youtube.

This speaks of the problem lies with the Gov and not the ppl.
