Chen is currently the dean of Beijing International MBA (BiMBA) Business School at Peking University, a professor and doctoral supervisor at the School of Business Administration of the South China University of Technology, and is also a visiting professor at the National University of Singapore Business School.

People are easily bluffed by titles. Once you have a title, people assume that you must be good in something. I've personally known so many CTOs of big companies who don't know what they're talking about but they manage to stay up there for long because of people under them propping them up.

In other words, don't be deceived by titles. Never trust anyone because he is deemed an 'expert'. Our govt is a sucker for this.

Because many of these FTrs cannot speak simple england and write a simple sentence or paragraph.

Cannot speak good English but may have real credentials. 

I'm more concerned with those who use flowery language to make themselves seem bigger than they really are. We have many of those in Singapore. Stripped off the nice outer layer and you have an empty core inside. These are the people who will do us in.
