I believed there are lots of capable, earnest and genuine people that can bring our country forward. These are the kind people that wil truly serves Singaporeans with passion and heart, forgoing huge monetary rewards in return. Sacrifices for our Singaporeans with compassion. But, sad to say,  they doesn’t want nor interested in politics.

When “groupthink” is entrenched, it will be difficult for individuals to stand up for what they believe. Those who disagree with the dominant interests of the group may be quickly marginalised.  On the other hand, wise leaders understand that dissension is crucial to steer clear of groupthink, and should actively address the concerns of those who are bold enough to disagree. However, which of the Ministers would dare to disagree, and risk losing his/her million dollar salary?
