"papaya soup is healthy as it contains many essential nutrients, vitamins, and minerals. Papaya is rich in antioxidants, vitamins A, C, and E, and enzymes like papain, which aids digestion. The soup is also low in calories and fat, making it a nutritious and delicious choice for a balanced diet. "
Lots of benefits according to online info. Real or not, ofc hv to try it out.
Another delicious dish is green papaya curry.

by the way price increased is inflation.
coffee has gone up to $1.4 from below $1 . so what so surprising about papaya $1.5
bulk of it will be labour and rent. especially rent. will only continue to go up.
land lord see stall holder make more. increase rent. stall holder no want. there will be many others who will take up the space at higher rent.
so retails reits are winner in the long term. analyst talk about cost increased in interest rate. compared return to fools bond are short term impact. rent increased is a long term thing. up no down one.
one way to hedge inflation is to buy retail reits especially those back by strong player.

I read other forum they say some women got big boobs is becuz they like to eat papaya. Somehow I don't find the correlation of eating papaya to boob size. If there is such a correlation then men eat more banana the kkj become longer?
