According to sources, Coco Lee and her husband have been married for 11 years, but their relationship has deteriorated since 2019. 

Due to marital matters, she moved into a serviced apartment in a hotel in the Central District since October last year, while her mother, two older sisters including Li Qiulin and domestic helpers lived in a unit on Barker Road on the Peak. 

Coco Lee has been diagnosed with depression since 2019. She underwent leg surgery in February this year and took muscle relaxant drugs prescribed by the doctor.
