台東縣府辦理太平溪右岸工程，因工程緊鄰光明社區，施工造成的空氣、噪音汙染引起民怨，其中一對從香港來定居的胡姓夫妻想和建設處長許瑞貴溝通，竟遭嗆「滾回香港」。

HKers thought Taiwan is democratic and can complain to garment for construction noise, but the garment official told them to get lost, go back HK to complain to their own garment.
