if customers scared dare not to question  n pay as asked, the stall owner will laugh behind the fooliosh customersÂ
sometimes customers just pay n forget how much he paid so this time luck runs out.thats all

Nowadays I try to avoid caifan. Very risky as the price is not known until you pay. I recently paid $7.40 when I expected it to be around $5. Also at koufu.
