我的邻居是香港人。 Rotfl
我的同事是亚洲人。
那天上了一堂skillfuture 课后,认识了一名黎巴嫩青年。开始的时候,我还以为他是土耳其人。

我已经忘了这是新加坡。新加坡人都去了那里呢?

there is a normal distributions of people in any society. from the very rich to the very poor.
some poor is not by choice as they are sick etc. some are cannot be help as they gamble, do silly thing etc. money come in straight go to bar type. even these government try to help by providing rental flat at very low rental.

gal only see little bit bit from a foreigner eye ball and talk like expert in subject . hope she go find out more the real percentage of poor.

the rich is becoming bigger portion not because of asset inflation alone. but singapore has become a good location for rich. so world rich has move here. good standard of living, safe, high medical standard, education for children etc. overall singapore is still a good place to stay especially to make money. but a bit low for retirement as retirement $ getting smaller with the inflation. maybe bali a better location. cpf life can support a good life there. stay 10 years there, rent out flat, return later with more rental accumulated fund for better retirement.
