I have a feeling that son in law of Ex- PM will one day hold Mukhriz hand. There will be behind the scene negotiation brokered by the father for next GE. A promise of this and that. The son of previous PM may also be roped in. A desperate moved - its now or never. Not much time left.

He left perjuang, the party he founded because he became a problem to his son political future
Nobody want to work with his son, no party want to ally with perjuang party because malay community knew him well enough
Nothing can change to his son political future, he's going no where for the past 10 years because his name is mahathir, it follow him around
Mahathir is a very contradictory person, on one hand he laughed at singapore lky son was in line to premiership
But when he wants najib made his son vp of umno party, najib refused, he got upset
He got his 2nd chance to become pm, all because of anwar, the man he sent to jail, who was kind enough to forgive him,
As you can see how he treated anwar, he did what he did best, he 2 times him, a traitor really
And he asked anwar to for 3rd time and offered himself to be pm again (!!)
This time he said 1 year confirmed will handover to him
Does this sounds like indian to you? Order food liao, pay liao still refuse to leave, kept asking : can i have more of this, can i more of that, can i have more napkins, when he about to leave, make a sudden turn again can i have some of this... 没完没了,very shamless one
So his reputation is down to drain, so much so his last election votes were so bad that he has to pay fine for failing to achieved minimum voted
He then said want to write book, a biography to clean his name, thinking peoppes had forgotten his contribution
His character had destroyed his own legacy, you can ask local community there, nobody likes him even his own malay community, he behaved like Indian the way he speak and the way he do things upset many peoples, that's how his journey going to end, became a leader that people only remember him as bad

" Former Malaysian Prime Minister Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad denied allegations that he offered funding to Pas to accept his son, Datuk Seri Mukhriz, as a candidate in the upcoming state election under the Perikatan Nasional banner.
He dismissed the claims as baseless, stating that he is not wealthy enough to fund any political party.
Dr Mahathir claimed that he doesn't have any money, and that the only person who says that he does have money is Prime Minister Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim.
He said this after attending a Hari Raya Aidilfitri Open House programme in Kampung Naga, Kubang Pasu on Thursday, May 11.
Dr Mahathir added that if Anwar could find the RM1 billion owned by him, he would give half of that to Anwar.
On May 6, Prime Minister Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim challenged past leaders who allegedly amassed wealth during their tenures in leading the country to surrender half of what they had gained to the Malays if they were truly sincere in helping the community. "
