using powershell script

i write a script to do that

that focus is on file size 
the trick is same file size and do file compare on same file size
this will isolate the same file  content from other with difference content inside

this program is better. very small exe files.

check for duplicates based on hash value, not just file size, so even you rename the file it can find out for you.

MUST signed the powershell script with a secure certificate so that no one can alter it
