Last time I stayed in hostel, the bathroom and kitchen super dirty. Many do not follow schedule to do assigned cleaning duty. Some blast heavy rock music many hours a day.

haha, guarantee more fight.
even a three room flat has 2 toilets so what so difficult to partition one person one unit with its own toilet?
actually one person living just need a room and toilet, dun even need kitchen and living room. that could save a lot of space/cost
if each unit a toliet is not feasible, then should have common shower facilities downstairs like hostel, pay per use basis with cleaner maintaining
