That losing $$$ purchase was in year 2020, if compared with today Russian giving 25% discount, Singapore incurred a heavy loss.
Can anyone tell us, WTF are they doing?

Indonesia and other Asean countries exception of Singapore are buying cheap Russian crude oil today.
Why Singapore cannot do the same?
No reasons for Singapore taxpayers and consumers alike to pay higher petrol prices and electricity bills due to the fault of
