As I said before, useless SBQ only collect maid levies and do nothing
To look after elderly is difficult esp if they have medical/ health conditions
There must be some special training for them so that they can learn to deal with it
Why each polyclinic do not have these 2 hour briefings and charge $60 or $80 ?

Maids have to look after the elderly and cannot spend time to attend classes.
