How come Singapore property buyers still cheong 2000psf property? Seems to be warning signs popping up all over.

Property is the preferred investment class it seems. Most landlords increasing rental rates by at least 50%.

Good to cool down property prices in the US and elsewhere.  It is just way too high...  Not affecting those existing already taken property mortgage on 30-year loan.

There is a bubble forming if the yield does not support the investment. The property market without any Government controls will always fail eventually.
