Some readers asked how did Russia find the suspects of the Moscow shooting so quickly, or did Putin arrest just anybody? The answer is that the photos of the alleged gunmen were actually released by ISIS which admitted responsibility for the Moscow attack. Curious that ISIS should betray its own operatives.
