Zelensky is Jews and Jews do not negotiate it is in their blood. Hence for Ukraine to have any peace is to remove Zelensky from his illegally occupied Presidency which has expired.

This speech from Putin seems to send a signal to Ukrainian that Zelensky is the stumbling block to any peace talks so they should mutiny and remove him. Quite a politician game strategy I think.
