香港国泰航空称，被举报歧视非英语乘客空服人员的飞行任务已被暂停，公司会在三天内公布调查结果。中国官媒《人民日报》海外版旗下的“侠客岛”则称，国泰航空不能只是道歉了事，应重拳整顿。
