China Southern Airlines has clarified that is not an employee under their payroll. The airlines outsourced to a Spore local company to provide the ground support and the employee is from that local company so his payroll under that. Airlines has requested to the outsourced local company to take action on their employee liao. Soon that Spore local company will lose their contract with airlines for sure. Maybe next time airlines send their own employees to man the counter liao all their ppl haha and no jobs for the local since they don't treasure their rice bowl.

Even if the customer antagonize him, being a front line counter staff, you need to endure and nowadays got CCTV so later can let mgmt review to see if it is customer fault or not. Losing your cool means you are just not cut out to be front line counter staff.

Just some story I used to work in Turf Club aka horse racing, punters wrap their sai/urine in plastic bag and throw over the counter, counter staff never scold back just call security. Counter staff rice bowl secured. Later mgmt paste notice in the counter window saying Turf Club would not tolerate their employees being "abused"
