last time before midnight charges effective, all go hiding; now they cruise around and refuse to stop and pick up passengers but wait for call booking to earn that extra $$$.

Reason go into airport need queue up and becuz monies are better got airport surcharge. If midnight lagi better. So if get a customer that say go Tampines or Pasir Ris they rugi the time spent queueing. How I know is I was forced (after midnight MRT not operating liao) to take taxi with family back home from Changi Airport to North of Spore and final bill is about $65+ and the taxi driver keep laughing and in a merry mood say get a good customer what he mean is get a fat customer to pay him for his time spent queueing earlier lar.
