I believe it already happened. Prior to this incursion into Russia soil there was an incident the mercenaries stage an attack on some facilities then surrendered Putin ask them to be executed every min one and broadcast live the execution. I think they got mercy not decapitate but bullet into head instead. Too many if need to decapitate cannot complete in time for the day?
