老美出手实在太低

美国总统拜登日前参与东盟视像峰会，这是华府4年来首次与东盟领导人直接接触，无疑很给面子，也很有派头，可惜出手实在太低。拜登声称将拨款1.02亿美元，加强与东盟的战略夥伴关係。按照白宫的说法，这笔拨款将用於医疗衞生、气候变化、教育，以及协助该区从疫情中经济复甦云云。一听就令人忍俊不禁，区区1.02亿美元竟有这麽大作用，能做这麽多事，到底是老美太高估了自己，还是人们太小瞧了美元？

不近情者多藏奸，拜登首次参与东盟峰会，当然是衝着中国而来，西方媒体称之为「扩大和东盟合作，共同制衡中国」。然而，先生之志大矣，先生能力不足，老美阮囊羞涩，只能凑出这点小钱，试问怎麽扩大合作？又如何制衡中国？

退一万步说，即使美国可以拿出更多钱，也不可能收买东盟诸国。新加坡总理李显龙多次强调不会在中美对抗选边站，这也正是其他东盟国家的基本共识。道理很简单，中国既是东盟近邻，更已连续12年成为东盟最大贸易夥伴。反观美国与东盟经贸关係日益疏远，影响力今非昔比。在中美实力此长彼消的情况下，除非是白癡，否则谁愿意与强邻为敌？

说到底，国与国之间只有永恒的利益。中国与东盟的关係是互惠互利，美国则是口惠实不至，只想不劳而获，轻易得到东盟的忠诚，天下哪有这种便宜事？当然，美国不是不想对东盟投入更多资源，而是力不从心，自己国内一大堆问题尚且无法解决，例如拜登的基建大计不断缩水，由最初逾二万亿美元削至一万亿美元，依然不知钱从何来，又怎麽可能拿出更多资源投入东盟？没有投入，自然没有收穫，有人说美国在东盟选择了一条必输的赛道，虽不中亦不远矣。

The video of the CNN asking Blinken (Secretary of States) on his stand in defending Taiwan which clearly shows the opposite to earlier Biden’s adamant to help Taiwan defend by sending troops into Taiwan should they be attacked by China is completely different.

Therefore how can we trust what America is saying in any agreements at all? Especially when both the President and their administration doesn’t see eye-to-eye in their claims.

Many Taiwanese fail to realize that the US is playing Taiwan issue to stir trouble across Taiwan Strait, China has no intention to invade Taiwan in the near term, sending 100 fighter jets was to celebrate China National Day and it was a show to the US rather than Taiwan. What the US wants is to spread fake news saying China is going to invade Taiwan and sell more weapons to Taiwan so that Taiwan can fight against China. So basically shows that President Tsai need to say what the American administration wants her to say. And many Taiwanese bought into it, until that mentioned photo get released….

雖然我不知第三代不行的原因何在。但是可以肯定的是這班人已經與人民脫離現實了。

即不知人民所苦，一味著在人民身上打轉。並不為民服務或著想，一再的幫自己受惠。

無責任感或自責還大肆的推卸或推託責任，真TMD的爛。高薪養廉是個大謊言，最終還是養了一班不做事又自肥的人，苦了一般人民。
