1 in 10 infected will get Long Covid......

SINGAPORE - One in 10 recovered Covid-19 patients had persistent symptoms six months after their initial infection, a study led by the National Centre for Infectious Diseases (NCID) has found.

In this condition known as "long Covid", they continued to experience symptoms, most commonly a lingering cough and shortness of breath, long after recovering from Covid-19.
Other symptoms included persistent fatigue, dizziness and insomnia, but these were not frequently observed.

Right now they are just looking at deaths and ICU.

But out of everyone infected including those with no symptoms and mild symptoms...10% will progress to have "Long Covid".

There are heart issues, nervous system etc associated with Long covid.

Feel we are just taking a path with a high price....this high price is paid in long term.
