Sounds like mental illness as the murderer does not know victim and did not run. Asked other students to call police.

Too stressed, maybe O levels. Or play killers mobile games till seow. Definitely mentally case.
Feel really sad for the parents, especially the dead boy's parents. Guess it is fated. RIP
