the number does not matter to PAP unless ICU system collapses.
you can have 2000 or 20,000 as long as ICU system does not collapse.
as long as ICU system does not collapse, it means PAP can carry on the endemic model.
the endemic model matters to PAP and not the number.

news says ICU can accommodate up to 1000 patients, so more than that could be a problem.

They are banging on 80% being vaccinated, so the chances of people getting seriously ill will be low. As such, ICUs won't be severely overwhelmed.

the protection will wane over time.
if 3rd jab and 4th jab are less than 50%, the endemic model will fail
