Low IQ cannot study and a lot of noise distraction from Kampong spirits.
Poor student will mix with other poor peers because same level of conversation.

The problem is this according to MOE pre school of not necessary and not prerequisite for primary school hence not compulsory and the cost js too high for poor families.

Before primary 1 children of Higher class families can read write and play piano. Children from poor families may not even know their ABCs.

Singapore leaders  declare itself meritocracy again and again as if others are not....but reality Is this.

Fail lah, must learn to fail then can succeed...good academic results can no longer guarantee you a well paid job nowadays, still need to compete with fts
