Bukit timah drainage i heard people claim they still doing, so call by " Phase "

Honestly speaking , LTA, URA ,PUB whatever their enginners from where? Locals ? or depend from Sub con?

Would be better if they gave more details on which specific areas will get upgraded. I'm curious if the flood-prone spots like Upper Thomson or Bukit Timah are on the list this time.
