If you are civil servant, Public servant go Bank take loan is usually mostly approve due to this " stable job "

the reason ??? " you got use the budget money = got work also can request budget again " This is why you see around , even in your neighbourhood , things never spoil they tear down build again THE SAME THING ?

The civil servants are given a budget to spend for that year, if the money is not spend, the next year the budget will be reduced..........

Yes but this should be your retirement home. A retirement home should be inexpensive and not costly to maintain.

Most people worry about cost of living when they are old or reach retirement age BECAUSE they have ZERO INCOME (Plus money is smaller every year).

If you can generate income till you die, no problem with all these big ticket items and debt. But you have more use for money at old age than lifestyle debt. Healthcare cost is a worry.
