Ok la..they just have to move some equipments to normal wards..do some wall partitions...print out a A4 size laminated paper name it "ICU"..and you will have 4 ICU beds overnight.

Look at UK numbers. They have very high vaccination rate for 50 years and above. Now every day about 150 mati. Singapore population is about 10 times smaller.
At steady state, expect 10 to mati every day, reasonable?
