Logically speaking, each number has to be of 8 digits only.

So we use permutations. This is expressed 10P8 and is just 10 times 9: 90 choices. Or perhaps you meant the number of 8 digit numbers (repetitions permitted) using the digits 0-9. In that case, each digit has 10 choices and there are 8 of them, so the answer is 108 = 100 000 000

Therefore, blocking 80,000 phone numbers is like not even 1%.

Actually I’m wondering why can’t teleco do anything about it? From a normal telephone number to an internet number which they claim they cannot block? Cannot block also cannot trace?

Almost everyday, they will call me once? Rotfl

Yesterday, I received scam call from SGH.
Sound like local, but I hanged up the call.
