WP holders are quite low education ppl but can marry Spore men means Spore govt desperate liao. They should be targeting this group to give birth Sporean sons to serve NS. Reason is simple, low educated woman usually marry early and give birth a lot. They and their spouse (maybe also low educated) like to bang without protection.
